Never ask a Dr to comment on an X-Ray they have not seen. For best interpretation it should be Dr who ordered tX-Ray who knows the patient. The Radiologist looks at shadows and does not know the patient. Need to know what FNAC means in FL. On Google it means Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology should be consider to get tissue for accurate diagnosis. If u have do not know how 2 Google ask kids.
