U/s shows dominant 27mm1513 nodule wih heterogeneous prominent blood flow...2 small nodules other lobe..they were hyoerechoic.i'm scared it's cancer?

Nodules: I assume these nodules are on your thyroid gland. As you have multiple nodules, the odds are more in favor of it not being cancer, but any nodule larger than1cm or 10 mm should be evaluated and followed and likely biopsied to rule out cancer. I would recommend seeing an endocrinologist to discuss laboratory work/thyroid scan and a possible biopsy of that larger nodule.
