Is it a good idea to go into testosterone replacement therapy at age 38. i just had bloodwork done and my levels are low from a range of 300-1080 . i'm at 229 level. also it seems i have hypothyroidism. what can i do?

Get your hypothyroidism treated, which is a critical health issue. Do not be in hurry to take testosterone unless you have symptoms specific to it. Testosterone has noticeable toxicity.

Testosterone level fluctuates a lot. Level should be checked in the early morning for better accuracy. It is rare to have low testosterone level at your age. Hypothyroidism may affect sex hormone. You need to correct thyroid problem first if confirmed and then have testosterone rechecked three months after you become euthyroid (normal thyroid status).
