Sure but . . .: Could you vs should you? 2 very different questions. Could you? Sure but most docs, including myself, probably wouldn't, at least not w/o searching for other cause of symptoms leading to your search for testosterone replacement. It's not likely that "low T" is present in someone w/twice the lower limit of normal. Don't forget that there are many real risks associated w/TRT including blood clots
