It doesn't sound like it from what you told us. Is your vision in that eye the same as it had been? It sounds as if you may have had minor abrasion of the conjunctiva.

Sounds like you had a mild corneal abrasion that healed on it's own. If you have no more pain and no change in vision, you really don't need to do anything.
