My eye got hit from my own hand in sleep that when i woke up in morning my lower side of eye started paining whenever i blink. my eye wasn't red. it's my 3rd day the pain is gone now so is it necessary to get my eyes checked?

It doesn't sound like it from what you told us. Is your vision in that eye the same as it had been? It sounds as if you may have had minor abrasion of the conjunctiva.

Sounds like you had a mild corneal abrasion that healed on it's own. If you have no more pain and no change in vision, you really don't need to do anything.
