All details have to be included even in a formal recommendation. It all has to do with the condition around which the clots have formed that will need to be treated along with blood thinners as pulmonary embolism is a life threatening condition. In the ER papers follow up was recommended and that will be critical as your doc will be able to put together a plan having access to vital information.

What symptoms do you have? How do you know you have tiny clots in the lung? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
