Meningiomas are slow growing benign tumors. Waiting a few weeks or even months is unlikely to have any adverse effects from a "small" meningioma. Wish you good health!

Hopefully, Dr Singh's answer reassured you. The meningioma is almost certainly a coincidental finding and is unlikely to have any role in your headaches. Would not recommend ER visit for migraine, as site is bright, noisy, stressful, and would exacerbate your pain; also, possibly, risk of infections. Neurology is appropriate direction.
