Anxiety can cause many organic symptoms. If you realize you are anxious that is half the battle won. Try relaxation helpful distractions like music, sports, meditation, reading, volunteering at a charity. Keep yourself busy and you wont have time to be anxious. Good luck.

If your anxiety is sufficient to cause various aches and pains sufficient to impair activity, you should seek immediate help. Dr Tandan's advice is excellent for your role, but enlist a cognitive-behavioral therapist and learn to overcome your emotions.
