I think i took a double dose of 10mg amlodipine by accident, 20mg rather than 10mg. am i in danger? do i need to go to the hospital, or will i be okay?

Maximum recommended dose is 10 mg a day but doses up to 20 mg /day have been reported. Would monitor blood prressure and if noting any dizziness, weakness ,chest pain palpitation call 911 and go to ER https://www.pdr.net/drug-summary/Norvasc-amlodipine-besylate-1853

Not likely to cause significant issues, best would be to use a pillbox or an app to make sure this type of event does not happen again.
