A member asked:

Been on 10mg amlodipine, but my doc added nebivolol as my bp wasn't going down. just realised my bp now goes as low as 105/55@60bpm. this reading was when i was laying down watching tv,otherwise it's normal. can it go even lower sleeping? any danger?

Used home BPS as guide to what your BP IS. Be certain your dr has validated the device you have and you are doing it correctly. Show home readings to Dr. best way to lower BP without meds is to move to the DASH DIET.
