Unlikely a problem: Taking an extra dose of an anti-hypertension medication can potentially cause a decrease in your blood pressure, but because Norvasc (amlodipine) is a relatively slow acting mediation, this is unlikely to be a problem. Symptoms of low blood pressure include dizziness/lightheadedness, fatigue and sometimes a faster heart beat. Staying well-hydrated and avoiding quick movements can help prevent such problems.
