Hard to say. That is something you need to work out with your HR department at work. This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer health questions but no direct patient services. You may want to connect with a doc on a HT pay site for a zoom/facetime or email connection. go to www.connect@healthtap.com.

Contact your human resource to inquire about FMLA--Family Medical Leave Act--This allows you to take time off but needs to be approved/done/completed by your doctor/therapist who is treating you. Your primary care doctor may be able to help you until you can see your therapist. Indeed, too much stress can affect your health, and work performance, so seeking help is the right thing to do. Good luck
