Not a disease: Personalities are mostly (if not all) developed through experience. They are different from genetic or acquired diseases although you can make temporary impacts on how the reveal themselves with substances, the basic personality is still there. That's why it takes time and guidance to seek and utilize new experiences to reform the personality. Best wishes.
