If the tests are done correctly, you cannot have a positive urine test and a negative blood test. Ultrasound may be negative if done too soon. Ultrasound can detect an embryo as early as six weeks into the pregnancy. Vaginal ultrasound can show face at 11 weeks of pregnancy. Cryptic pregnancy is not a medical term.
