Adrenal fatigue: You may be hypothyroid. You may also have adrenal fatigue with high cortisol in the evening which can interfere with sleep. Your vit d level could be higher. Take d3 2000 iu daily, check reverse t3, (liothyronine) check 4 times in 24 hour salivary cortisol level. See a good integrative medicine doctor if you can.
