You already have the diagnosis because you have the test results. Gout is the precipitation of uric acid crystals in the synovial chamber in joints, and as you say it is excruciatingly painful. Need to know the units it was measured in. The only way to diagnosis gout if that is what you are thinking is to take fluid out of the toe joint and look for uric acid crystals in fluid. Blood levels do not make the diagnosis.
