Regular exercise will help. Raising core body temperature through exercise makes the muscles strong and flexible. Any exercise will do as long as it induces sweating. It may take 3 months or more for you see the full effect. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Sometimes a mild Sprain/Strain of the muscles and tendons in the back can feel swollen and tender though not visibly so. Ice compress in first 24hours and Warm compress as needed after that can help. Also OTC non-steroidal (NSAIDs) with food, might help.
