Go to an outpatient clinic in your area, most don't need an appointment. You will receive a complete exam, including blood workup and any other tests that are necessary. You should always go at least once or twice a year for a exam and also to your OBGYN doctor.

Establish a relationship with a Primary Care Physician first. He/She can help evaluate for Nutritional deficiencies/Food intolerance. But, if for some reason you don't want a PCP you can certainly go to a Walk-in clinic to have yourself evaluated.
