I recently had some blood test done..creatinine came back as 1.6, BUN is 19, glucose on the high side.....all other measurements are witin the range except for anion gap. anion gap is 13, slightly above range. what does this all mean?

Very good morning doctors. My Vitamin D blood test is 26. My Dr wants me to take OTC Vitamin D. My concern is that my creatinine is 1.49. Is it safe to take Vitamin D3 if my creatinine is and has been somewhat elevated. Now 1.49. Last bloodwork 1.33?
