Repeat testing after 5 weeks of supplemental Vitamin D 3 is recommended. The dose may be reviewed by your physician or by virtual consultation with Healthtap. Incorporate healthy sources of Calcium and Vitamin D3.

Since your levels are so low, would suggest getting sun exposure about 20 minutes per day, in absence of sunblock. One supplement approach is 2,000-5,000 IU's per day, and followup serum level in about 3 months. Ideally, you should aim for 50-70 ng/ml, OH-Vitamin D-3.
