I m 20 yr old. in my blood test, vitamin d3 ( 25 oh) is 9.3 ng/ml... is this bad, how much? how should i treat it? what i have to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You need lots of D: A vitamin d level should be 30 at a minimum and ideally over 40. Generally for levels such as yours, a prescription strength vitamin d is needed.
