Hello. i am on my period. i noticed in my right breast it is painful and i feel a huge lump. which moved when i press it. i cant tell if its just lumpy breast or cancer? could this just be related to my period, it is sore?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may feel your breast again a week or so after your period, if you still feel a lump, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
