Both breasts tender on sides 7 days before period. and i have lumps in both(alway there, just sometimes more noticible). had done a puncture on left breast of one lump and dr said it is fybrocyst. should i do another check up?

I believe fibrocystic breast exams & follow-up are tricky for the nonbreast surgeon. I have seen such patients and referred them to a breast surgeon. If a more solid lump is found another ultrasound in young women and a mammogram in older women are recommended even if there was a recent study done. I would leave your follow-up to a breast surgeon.
