CT scans are useful in diagnosing medical problems. Having 3 in a short amount of time to diagnose a serious problem may occasionally be necessary. More important is your lifetime risk from CT's. If you are needing these every year or more, then you might want to discuss the risks with your Dr.

In many cases, MRI is preferred, but for sinus evaluation, CAT scan is the best tool and provides better bony resolution.

You may be able to avoid the sinus CT by having the prior CT reevaluated and reformated . There will be a charge but it will avoid the radiation. Have your MD check and see if this is possible at the facility that performed your CT. They will need to have kept the original data to be able to do this.
