Yes indeed. Any of the standard cold symptoms are common, like nasal congestion and drip, sore throat, etc. Fever can be the only symptom. Altered taste or smell. Google "COVID symptoms" for lots more information. If you have even slight suspicion, get tested ASAP -- especially if you haven't been vaccinated (as everybody should be!).

Many cases are asymptomatic in the sense that patients cannot identify any bothersome symptoms, sometimes they may run a low grade fever without being aware. Some other times it might be some overlooked fatigue, so respiratory symptoms, while common are not experienced by all patients with the infection.
