Anxiety . there came an individual just beside me . he had stuffy nose . he didnt talk, sneeze or cough infront of me .i had no touch with him. i sanitized my hands and i was wearing n95 mask too . but i am still worried about covid ? what to do ?

Dear anxious: What has happened has happened. Were you & the other person wearing a mask? If yes, that will help to protect. Were you social distancing and maintaining at least 6 feet distance from each other? Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public.

You are already doing a good job avoiding COVID by wearing a well fitted N95 mask. Avoid being within 6 feet of others, certainly avoid staying near unknown people for more than a minute if you can avoid it, get your COVID vaccine, and wash your hands. Depending on your ability to avoid people outside your immediate circle, you can reduce your risk to acquire COVID. Make yourself safe.
