I encourage you to read the CDC information People have a different course with COVID 19 . Some have only your symptoms and get better by day 10. Some take weeks to recover smell and taste. Some go one to have chest symptoms, some never. Many people never get a fever, but people do get fevers. See a doctor via telemedicine

The loss of smell may slowly return, but some long COVID patients continue to experience this symptom. Rest, stay well hydrated and monitor breathing. If shortness of breath occurs, please seek acute care. Continue to self isolate per CDC recommendations. Have a flu vaccination and watch for prolonged symptoms. Most patients recover within three weeks.
