Is a scratchy troat a concern to do a covid test ? it leads to a cough after a while but the cough is not constant and i would only cough like atleast twice in a day my 11month old has a runny nose n sneezing?

No: Usually a fever is a concern. Otherwise uri symptoms are too common. Nothing is a definite but sound like cold symptoms.
