Dengue: Great to hear your dad is recovering - dengue can be a particularly nasty virus. Those liver numbers, fortunately, are only mildly elevated and if his symptoms are getting better, I'm convinced he'll make a full recovery. Dengue can cause low blood pressure, which may have caused those liver abnormalities in the first place. You can check a follow up test in a few days with the platelet count.
