Not from here!!! This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer health questions. Such notes become legal documents. Any doc who provides them in the absence of a treatment relationship/records/vital signs can be disciplined by the medical board. Ask your doc if you have a valid issue.

Your primary care doc is your best resource and may be able to issue such a document based on legal documentation of your medical conditions. No other physician can legally issue such documents without access to your medical records.

What medical condition would quality for exception from a mask. If you are just looking for an excuse, please note that you are better off with a mask than without. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get Flu and Covid vaccines.

Hello. I am in complete agreement with all the responses here. A mask is an easy way to help you and others stay safe and imparts no negative affects in most cases. California has rules as does other locations and maybe the best option is to review these laws, rules, ordinances with your politicians. I had a patient leave my office quite upset because I wouldn’t provide her with such a note.
