Are fully vaccinated individuals (covid19 vaccine) required (not legally but in the medical perspective) to wear a mask?

The World Health Organization has urged people to continue wearing a mask in public places even after they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 due to the spread of the concerning new Delta variant. Social distancing & maintaining good hand hygiene are also still suggested. Avoidance of crowded places & good ventilation are also still encouraged. I wish you well with your health!
