If you are fully vaccinated (2+wks since the last dose of pfizer), and you dont wear a mask and in close contact with someone that is covid positive, can you get covid? can you spread it to others?

YOU CAN GET COVID AFTER BEING VACCINATED AND BE ASYMPTOMATIC OR SYMPTOMATIC. IF SYMPTOMATIC THAN YOUR DISEASE WON'T BE AS BAD FOR YOU TO BE HOSPITALIZED BUT YOU CAN SPREAD IT TO OTHERS.

Yes, theoretically you can get the disease after exposure but the disease is usually mild or asymptomatic and of course you can probably transmit the virus to others (remember 95% effective rate, not 100%). There are many cases of breakthrough infection reported. However, by the most recent info by CDC the fully vaccinated people are not significant hosts because the viral shedding is quite low.
