I've been using the bathmate x30 for 5 weeks now, and recently i get a sort of "water retention" or "inflation" around the external urethral opening, but it goes away after a few hrs. i also use the pump with an erection. is this harmful?

At your age you should not be using a pump for erection. Stop using all devices and if you have any problem first consult your and be examined by your MD

I would read again the literature that came with the Bathmate X30. And manbe not use it. Seem young to need it. See your Dr.
