NSAIDs are a common cause of edema related to salt/sodium retention by the kidneys. Leg elevation, compression stockings, and salt restriction helpful in limiting edema. Using diuretics along with NSAIDs increase the risk of damaging the kidneys. Tylenol not anti-inflammatory
