Depends: You will urinate in direct proportion to how much you're taking in as food and drink minus what you lose from sweat. If you retain fluid, you'll see a steady rise in your weight and get puffy ankles that leave a "pit" after you pinch them with your thumb and forefinger. If it's warm where you live and if you don't drink much, you'll not need to urinate very often.
