For a month had upper left abd pain just below left chest. Sometimes lower left abd pain sometimes upper left back pain. Occasional gas esp after eating. Floating stool. Took blood test came back normal. Very scared of pancreatic cancer at 22.

If pancreatic cancer was indeed the cause of symptoms (urq disc & occ. Floating stool) wouldn't it be advanced enough to show on CT or blood work?
If symptoms were from pancreatic cancer. If untreated would'nt it progress rapidly in a year? Ct and blood and stool tests normal but still worried.
Worried about pancreatic cancer. Ct & hida scan, blood, stool, normal. Symptoms started 1 1/2 yrs ago. If it was cancer, would i be worse by now?
