For a month had upper left abd pain just below left chest. Sometimes lower left abd pain sometimes upper left back pain. Occasional gas esp after eating. Floating stool. Took blood test came back normal. Very scared of pancreatic cancer at 22.
Scared have panc cancer. Pain started just below left chest then went to the back at same location. Occasional lower left abd pain. Gassy after meals.
Oval stool for 3 weeks lower left pelvic and occasional upper left dull ache very gassy have to go after every meal. No blood worried its colon cancer. Stool has been narrow for about a month sometimes a little less narrow but typically oval shapped?
Blood test showed lipase levels slightly elevated. All else normal. What could cause the elevated result? Was told its not enough to indicate pancreatitis. Had blood in stool a month ago and ongoing left and right side abdominal/chest/back pain?
Over last 2 months I've had a CT contrast colongraphy a chest CT contrast bloods endoscopy .why have they missed the cancer i know is ther in pancreas?
