For a month had upper left abd pain just below left chest. sometimes lower left abd pain sometimes upper left back pain. occasional gas esp after eating. floating stool. took blood test came back normal. very scared of pancreatic cancer at 22.

Not cancer: If it was pancreatic cancer the blood test you had would come up at least one abnormal value . You are too young to get pancreatic cancer. IBS at your age can cause similar symptoms. See a gastroenterologist.
