Im experiencing blood when i wipe but ive looked in my stool and i see no signs of blood at all only when i wipe, sometimes my anal feels irritated and its happened before with blood on wipe but i thought it was just because i was wiping too much?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may have external hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. Any abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated and it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
