For almost a month now when i wipe its blood on the wipe, ive checked to see if theres blood in stool but dont see any at all, its happened before but i just thought ive wiped too much and thats why i had switched to wet wipes, please help?

The presence of blood means a trip to the doctor. Please don't let your mind run away with frightening thoughts. The reason may be simple and easy to correct but remotely could be more serious. Not seeing blood in the stool may mean it's microscopic but still there. Peace and good health.
