My son had strep throat, on the last day of antibiotics he was back to his normal self. the day after the last dose of antibiotics his adenoids and tonsils got swollen and now he is having very bad obstructed sleep apnea with 94-95 oxygen level?

The oxygen saturation level is safe, but the pattern of his breathing should be monitored. Re evaluation for resistance and partial treatment is recommended.
