If she doesn't : Over eat she will lose weight with breast feeding. There is no need to over eat while breast feeding!

Breastfeeding 3 month old. 30 lbs overweight. Felt arm pit side and noticed very glandular tissue, almost like tiny fat lobules on side of armpit into my armpit. Doesn't feel like one lump but rather all kind of soft/lumpy there.Is this fat tissue?
