I m 19 yrs old and have symptoms which are similar to symptoms of colon cancer. having diarrhea that comes and goes & again come back after few days followed by weight loss.no family history of colon cancer.my diet is quite rich in fat.am i at risk?

It is highly unlikely that you have cancer of the colon. You must see an MD and have your stool checked as well It sounds more like an infection. You should be OK after cause is found.
