I am suffering from stomach problem since i moved to canada 15 days back i am getting diarrhea, narrow stool , mucus in stools, black stools for 2 days now bristol flat stools and stomach pain. am i suffering from colon cancer? i am 23 years old ?

Those are symptoms of an inflammation bowel disease which could be infectious or new onset inflammatory bowel disease. Colon cancer does not manifest that way and you are too young for this malignancy unless you have family history of intestinal polyposis. For the current condition, you should be evaluated by a doctor, blood and stool tests should be done.
