Hi i had no bm for 5 days. i took citrate of magnesia had watery diarrhea-like stools 3 trips. my question is if the lack of bm comes back in a few days, could it mean something much ?more serious? bowel obstruction? colon cancer? something else??

Asked & answered: Until you value your health enough to actually go in for an evaluation, repeatedly posting this on the site looking for a different answer is a waste of your time. No one here will tell you you do or don't have cancer. Go get evaluated by a doc for your chronic bowel problems.
