Talk with your doc about your concerns and they will order tests that are appropriate. Be leery of on line testing sites that offer you screening services for vitamin "panels". Tests for some such vitamins are routine and easily obtained, others are rarely tested outside of research labs. There is no "one" test.

As Dr Ferguson cogently points out, vitamin and mineral testing is fraught with fraud and unscientific outcomes. See an internist and fully evaluate whether you have pernicious anemia, iron deficiency, or vitamin D deficiency. Full scale testing for an array of vitamins and minerals is rarely of any value and often misleading.

If you have not lost weight, unintentionally, it is highly unlikely that your body does not absorb the vitamins you mentioned, Do you have any symptoms? If you do, see a doctor.
