A 25-year-old female asked:
I woke up and found tiny red blood dots in a small area in my arm , it doesn't hurt or tickle but what could it be? i have just started b12, iron and vitamin d supplements as i have low levels, does this have anything to do with them?

Tiny red dots often represent spillage of red blood cells after incidental minor trauma at the site. I can find no reason to link this to low B12/iron/d levels.
