Gingival pain can be coming from many different sources. The most common would be inflammation from bacteria that has settled around your teeth and below the gumline. Once hardened, the plaque is called calculus (tartar) and needs to be professionally removed by a dentist or hygienist. Either way, call a local dentist for an appointment and exam.

You have a severe PERODONTAL PROBLEM[gum infection] and need to see a gum specialist now. When did you have your last cleaning? Do your gums bleed? Start rinsing with hot EPSOM SALT and HYDROGEN PEROXIDE for some relief but see a gum specialist now.

Most likely cause of pain is inflammation caused by bacterial infection. Can't fix this w pills alone or diet. Need a Dentist orHygienist to cleanteethbelow them line. Once tooth roots are glass smooth and infected swollen tissues have been treated, follow your Dentist's oral hygiene instructions, especially about cleaning between teeth, and have regular check-ups.
