Ureaplasma is entirely normal in the genital tract, despite online info to the contrary. Up to half all sexually active people test positive. It almost never causes symptoms and rarely needs treatment. The blood test is particularly useless, not used by any genuine STI experts. If you have symptoms (e.g. urethral or vaginal discharge), something else is the cause.
