If your husband is under the age of 35 then these high blood pressures levels should be investigated for secondary hypertension. He should see a doctor.

When were these blood pressures taken? You probably should get a home blood pressure monitor and check his blood pressure throughout the day and keep track of his readings to show his doctor, including what symptoms he has, if any, etc. Lifestyle changes are important but he needs to be under a doctor’s care to figure out what is causing his hypertension. Then, proper treatment can be rendered.
